Our Pastor

Pastor Dave and Frances come from very different backgrounds but together they are a great team.

Pastor Dave has been in ministry for more than 25 years in Washington and Oklahoma, 15 of these in youth ministry. He is a former member of the X-treme Team, and has taught and preached throughout the U.S., Kenya, and Honduras, bringing a unique set of skills to ministry.

Pastor Dave's philosophy of ministry is: To help direct people to a deeper understanding of God's Word and how it can be applied to their everyday lives. To encourage in all the spiritual disciplines of Bible reading and devotionals, prayer, intentional discipleship and corporate worship. To guide believers towards spiritual maturity and fruitfulness; to be sanctified wholly, living lives of Christ like character through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit, challenging believers to discover their place of service in the church and in the community, and equip them to fulfill God's calling in their life.

Frances, having grown up and lived in Honduras most of her life, has worked in the business world for fuel companies and also as a manufacturing plant manager. Her later experience in Honduras was in a non-profit organization serving children and families at risk, which is what she has enjoyed the most. Currently she works in the social services field.

Pastor Dave and Frances together have 5 daughters, 1 son, several grandchildren and a dog Rocky. They enjoy coffee, movies, and being outdoors.
